Plain-language privacy notice.
Last updated August 7, 2026. This pilot notice describes the data Kiko by Gestech handles when someone requests a demo or calls a participating HVAC business. It should be reviewed for the operator’s legal jurisdiction before production launch.
What we collect
For demo requests, we collect the contact details submitted in the form. During an answered phone call, the service may process caller ID, audio, a transcript, name, callback number, postal code, service need, urgency and preferred callback time.
Live browser demonstration
The optional browser demonstration requests microphone access only after you press Start. Microphone audio is sent to OpenAI for live speech processing. Gestech does not save the browser-demo audio or transcript. Use fictional details and do not share real personal, payment, health or emergency information.
Why we use it
We use call information to answer the caller’s request, create a callback opportunity for the participating HVAC business, monitor service quality, prevent abuse and improve the approved call playbook.
Automation and service providers
Calls are handled by an automated voice assistant, which identifies itself as automated. Telephony, AI and messaging providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell caller information.
Retention and access
The pilot is designed for short retention, with a 30-day default for call data unless the participating business requires a different lawful period. Access is limited to authorized operators and the business receiving the callback opportunity.
Safety
Kiko is an automated call operator, not an emergency service, and does not provide technical diagnosis. Callers facing immediate danger should leave the unsafe area and contact 911 or the appropriate utility emergency line.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact the participating HVAC business identified during the call, or email Gestech Technologies Inc. at privacy@gestech.solutions.
